The servo is a very good option for the low priced end of the servo motors with smooth movement and higher torque, specified 20 kg.

1 Video shows fast movement using PCA9685 board with 50Hz settings powered 5V.

2 Video shows slow and smooth movement using PCA9685 board with 300Hz settings powered 5V.
